This idyllic location and the special emphasis on the island character makes our place an ideal destination, combining in a light way the special character of the tradition with the comforts of the modern style.

The villa is part of "Evlalia studios & villas", as it is located in the land of the rented apartments, however the point where it’s been built is designed to provide tranquility for really beautiful private moments overlooking the beautiful town of Skopelos. Exhaling a romantic atmosphere in this quiet environment, surrounded by unspoiled flora, which we have maintained with our discreet presence in the space, everyone enjoys the greatness of nature. A fairytale destination of absolute peace and enjoyment is waiting for you!

This dreamy resort of unforgettable holidays provides a high level of facilities, ensuring both your service and your pleasure. Initially, the spacious parking of the villa allows the comfortable parking of 2-3 cars, providing absolute security. In addition, enjoyable moments of relaxation in the private pool-jacuzzi, overlooking the town of Skopelos, for a refreshing swim will rejuvenate you in the heat of noon, but also in the evenings with the island breeze. Means of peace of mind or even a light sleep .The double hammock, with the shade of the trees offers absolute rest. The space around the pool is fully organized with modern sun beds.

Upstairs and specifically outside the villa, there is an island type barbecue which decorates the space. But near the villa in a central part of the rest of the complex equipped barbecue is ready to test the skills of each guest willing to practice his culinary skills for grilled meat or food in traditional pots. Well-formed woods are provided for every attempt you make to cook in the simple traditional way.

Outside the villa, there is a table with sofas built-in traditional way where you can enjoy a meal. There is also a smaller table where you can have a coffee among the green pines while Skopelos Town is lying in front of you. Our main concern is to maintain the island character, as it is obvious, so that the traveler feels familiar and experiences the lifestyle of the locals.

Regarding the interior of the villa "Nefeli", it has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen. More specifically, on the ground floor there is one of the two bedrooms, a "warm nest", which provides you with a king-size built bed with a mattress of the well-known company Coco-mat, a handmade wardrobe, an air conditioner and TV 28 '' (size based on the suitability of the space). The spacious bathroom with its own special style and hidden lighting has a built-in shower, space around the sink for better classification of your products and a power outlet for toiletries, such as a hair dryer or an epilator machine.

The ground floor and the kitchen area are fully equipped and ready to welcome you, providing you with all the comforts. In particular, a modern  refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven and a flat stove with four seats help you prepare any kind of meal.

The living room on the ground floor is another comfortable and special place of Nefeli, with the traditional fireplace and the wooden ceiling which strongly exhales the island character to the visitor. The large corner sofa is extremely comfortable, with the aim of relaxing you or offering a sweet sleep to two children or adults with great comfort. Available for use are a 40 '' Smart TV, a home cinema, a DVD player and an air conditioner.

The twisted staircase in the living room leads the visitor to the upper floor that means to the second bedroom of the villa. A beautifully designed sleeping area with breathtaking views, a bedroom that was described by previous guests as a "bridal suite" is available for your unique holiday experience. The imposing style of the built-in king-size bed, its traditional exposed roof with its white woods intertwined like ivy and its unique view of the country, evident even from the position of the bed, in combination with its perfectly matched island colors raise the mood. In the room there is a 43 '' Smart TV, an air conditioner and an independent bathroom with shower.
